When an engagement begins
An engagement begins only when scope has been confirmed in writing and any required engagement documentation has been completed. Submitting a form on this website is a request, not an engagement.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information and documents you provide. Returns are prepared from what you supply. If material information is withheld or inaccurate, the resulting return may be incorrect and may need to be amended at additional cost.
Our responsibilities
We prepare filings with professional care and review them before they are presented to you for signature. You remain responsible for reviewing your return and for signing it. We do not guarantee any particular refund, balance, penalty outcome, processing time or agency decision.
Scope limits
We provide tax preparation and related filing services. We do not provide legal advice, investment advice, or audited financial statements. Where a question falls outside our scope we will say so.
Fees
Fees are quoted per engagement based on scope. Fee terms, payment timing and refund conditions are pending confirmation by ITC and are not stated on this website.
Client portal
You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an engagement is limited as set out in the engagement documentation for that work. Final wording is pending review by counsel.
Governing law
Governing law and venue are pending confirmation by ITC.
