Business Tax Services

Returns and year-round support for sole proprietors, partnerships, S corporations and corporations — prepared with your books, your owners and your filing deadlines in view.

What this covers.

We prepare business returns for single-member and multi-member LLCs, partnerships, S corporations and C corporations, together with the owner-level returns and schedules that depend on them. Because entity filings and personal filings move together, we treat them as related cases rather than separate jobs.

Where your bookkeeping needs tidying before a return can be prepared, we say so early and tell you precisely what is missing. Where an entity does not exist yet, business formation and EIN work can run as its own branch and rejoin the main filing line once registration is complete.

Each entity and each tax year is tracked as its own case, with its own assigned staff, requirements and deadlines — so a delay in one filing does not obscure the status of another.

Entity returns generally carry earlier deadlines than personal returns. Tell us about a business filing as soon as you can so extensions, where needed, are handled in time.

Usually a good fit if

  • You operate an LLC, partnership, S corporation or corporation
  • You need both the entity return and the owners' personal returns handled
  • You have payroll, contractors or multi-owner distributions to reconcile
  • Your business operates in more than one state
  • You are behind on an entity filing and want to catch up cleanly

What to gather

  • Entity formation documents and EIN confirmation
  • Prior-year business return, if one was filed
  • Year-end financial statements or bookkeeping file export
  • Payroll summaries and contractor 1099 records
  • Asset purchase records for depreciation
  • Owner details and ownership percentages

How the engagement runs.

Each entity and tax year is tracked as its own case in Tax Return Express.

  1. 1

    Scope the entities

We list every entity and year in scope, note the deadlines, and identify what the books still need.

  2. 2

    Prepare and reconcile

Returns are prepared entity-first, then owner-level filings are aligned to them and reviewed.

  3. 3

    File and keep records

Filings are transmitted, acknowledgments recorded, and final documents retained in your portal.
